WHY I OUGHTA…………….

The three Stooges Movie opens this weekend. I was suprized when I watched the trailer. The three actors playing the Stooges seemed to fit their roles well. The trailer is pretty funny over all. Checkout the scene at the 1:22 mark. I wonder if this ever happened to Joey?. Very Funny in my opinion.

Can’t wait to hear FOB Frank’s opinion on it. He has a degree in Stoogeology.

“The Leather Curragh”

The leather curragh was used for fishing, and for ferrying cows to other islands for grazing (among the Blasket and Aran Islands.) St Brendan in the 6th century was said to have used a leather curragh to cross the Atlantic from Ireland to N America!
There is a book by Tim Severin titled The Voyage of the Brendan which describes a 1976 re-enactment of this feat. (they made it!)

Ok X=10 I THINK. SO XXVIII Would be 28?

I don’t get it but it’s great to hear some laughter in our house.

I don’t understand it but My Son Chris’  his friends and my boys are looking forward to  it tonight, so I guess it’s worth 40 bucks! I have heard of the Rock but not the others. You can inform me if you want.

But I wouldn't mind one of these wrestlers putting my head in a scissor lock 🙂

Vernal Pond Peepers 03/22/2012

We have a vernal pond in our backyard. At this time of year the place starts jumping; Frogs, Snakes, Minx, Otters, Mallards and their Ducklings,etc. are just some of things you can see and hear.

I filmed this video so you can hear how loud it gets here during a warm spring night. A couple of nights before I filmed this there was only one lone peeper looking for a date. Now there are thousands of them. You won’t see much in this video of me walking to the pond, but you’ll hear alot.

My New Business Card

These just came in from Vistaprint. I think they do a good job and have great prices. The business card is a painting of the road to Niles Beach at Sunrise. I used Sharon Lowe’s photo as a reference. I gave Sharon the painting for her birthday a couple of years ago. It was a 4″x6″ Acrylic on paper.
