Nia Routine: Trio: The music of Emmylou Harris, Dolly Parton and Linda Ronstadt
We explore the nine arms of movement in Nia with this routine: Yoga, Tai Chi, Taekwando, Aikido, Jazz, Modern, Interpretive Dance, Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais Movement. Son’t know what some of these movement forms are? Well you will have to come to class to find out!

Moving to Heal Nia is a slower, less intensive class with less standing and more done in the chair.
