North Shore Concert Band plays Celtic Concert at Salem Willows, July 30, 2019, at 7pm The concert features special guests the North Shore Pipe Band playing classic pipe tunes with the concert band. This concert is sponsored by North Shore Elder Services and the Salem Waterfront Hotel and Suites. The concert is free to the public.
