  1. With the weather changes this is a very prudent for heat and quality of life last paragraph in the proposal had (B) be in there as we all know alternate means or back-up in case. I remember in Plum Cove court area friends lived right on beach access entire house was set up on electrical heat, cooking, etc Era 1960’s… 🙂 Dave & Kim 🙂 Thanks Donna
