Pick #2: Newburyport’s Winter Kite Festival

Saturday, 9:30-3:00

Maudslay State Park, 74 Curzon Mill Road, Newburyport

Join us for a day of winter wonder as kite flyers from around New England bring their large kites to fly over the field at Maudslay State Park. Bring your favorite kite as well!

Join us early for a kite making session between 9:30-10:30am at the Bresnahan School. Kite kits are $5 each (paid for onsite- cash only).

Stop by Maudslay State Park between 11am-3pm to fly your kite, see the large kites, do some sledding and enjoy some hot cocoa!

There will be attendants to assist with parking. It’s $5/residents and $10/non-residents–please bring cash (though the parking machine is there too for credit cards). NO STREET PARKING!!!!!

This event is free to all!
