I am sure there are going to be some great logo’s coming to this request from the art world known for special views, tradition, culture!
My personal feelings based on traditions, culture there, they will show the connections, specialness that you live and see each day there along with visitors, past to present = “Gloucester Community.”

Since the noble fishing industry is sadly dying off…..
.perhaps a logo of wealthy people enjoying cocktails on their ocean front porches
while landscapers spread mulch in the background would be appropriate?
