“The sea and the butterfly By (Kim Ki-rim 1908 – ?) Translated by brother Anthony from Korean to English.
Since no one has told her the full depth of the water the white butterfly has not the least fear of the sea.
it flies down mistaking it for a green radish field then wearily returns like a princess with wings soaked in eaves.
The blue new moon at the butterfly’s waist is sad that march sea has no flowers in bloom.”
