WOW NEVER HAD A PLACE LIKE THIS, REAL PASTA LIKE MY GRANDMOTHER FROM ITALY USE TO MAKE. FORGET THAT CRAP THEY SELL IN THE BOX AT SUPERMARKETS . GLAD SOMEONE FINDLY MAKES FRESH HEALTHY PASTA.

Great video Craig! And VIVA Pastaio Via Corta!! I welcomed my husband home from a business trip with a dinner of capeli served with sautéed chicken, ‘hen of the woods’ mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and roasted garlic (from the Willow Rest.) Dinner was a big hit! Thanks Danielle for fun and delicious fresh pasta and more! 😉
