Yes indeed and it shows in a community where empathy and understanding of human issues the hand that is extended to help those that fall get back up. The GPD Police Chief made the front page of “American Police Beat February 2016” and many communities are moving toward treatment over incarceration (You got a friend is important in this area for change)…:-) Dave & Kim 🙂
