Three Way Family Interview

The Bean, Snoop Maddie Mad and I conduct three different Interviews…simultaneously…with each other.

It’s all part of their training to be the next generation of media moguls in their father’s footsteps, Ha! 🙂

Here you go, three different perspectives of the same interview.

Home Grown Baby! The NightSUP Video From Tyler Knight

Built right here on Cape Ann!!!!!!

The NightSUP was designed by Tyler, Dominic and Sylvie from Cape Ann SUP.

We showed our designs to Keith Natti over at Twin Lights Glassing. He scratched his head and looked at us like we were crazy….but in the end, so was he.  Keith’s attention to detail has made this project even better than any of us hoped. We’ve tested these boards in lots of conditions and we’ve even had Harbor Seals use the light from the boards to hunt the fish below us.

So before the barage of Shark comments, We just want to say this: If YOU are the largest predator in your’ waters, then you need a SUP with LEDs. You will see your’ own waterways and wildlife in a brand new and magical way.

Double Waterproof LEDs and a rechargable batteries are the recipe for a whole new way to view nature and Paddleboard more safely at night time. This is the custom creation of a surf punk and a sup kook who put aside the chatter to come up with something RAD.

Molly Ferrill Shares Her Timelapse Video Settings and Another Video Lobstering Aboard The Arethusa

Molly writes-

Hey!

It’s manual focus, shutter speed 1/13, aperture 4.5, manual iso (400) and there are 335 frames included! I think I had the interval between shots at 5 seconds. Each image is a full-size jpeg, (which I don’t think was actually necessary, especially not for the web!) and I used final cut express software to edit the time lapse. (each frame is .03 seconds long I think). It was one of the first time lapses I have made with the intervalometer but I think it worked out pretty well… next time I will set the interval for a little shorter and take more frames so the final time lapse is a little longer! Oh and by the way, at the end I made the last few shots with longer and longer shutter speeds so that it would gradually fade to white. It wouldn’t have been that drastic at the very end if I hadn’t done that.

LOVE the one you did with the clouds! Gorgeous. It looks just like a time lapse but less jerky which is good for clouds. Very nice!

Here’s a link to a short little video I just made compiling some of the photos and short video clips from going out on the boat.

Crazy? Yeah We Got That. Snoop Maddie Mad On the Cover of Cape Ann Magazine

I’ve been getting emails from all over the country ( I didn’t realize how many people get Cape Ann Magazine delivered to addresses out of state) in regards to Snoop Mad being on the cover.  They all say how cute she is and all but what they don’t know is the level of crazy I’m dealing with.  Check out this video of this conversation we had yesterday.MadelineCapeannmagazine

Desi Smith came by the house and did a fantastic job shooting for the article. Desi also does some portraiture work you can check out his site here

We called roasted chestnuts “castangees” and used to warn everyone not to eat too many because they would make you get the big time farts.

Celebrate The Holidays Like The Ciaramitaros- Sista Felicia’s New Video- Uncle Charlie’s Top Necks FIVE STAR MUST MAKE ALL TIME GREATEST FOOD OF ALL TIME

At the Gloucester Daily Times Taste of The Times They Are Featuring Felicia’s Video Recipes Of Our Uncle Charlie’s  Baked Stuffed Topnecks.  This was our Uncle Charlie’s recipe and is hands down absolutely my number one of all times favorite things to eat.

Read that again- MY NUMBER ONE ALL TIME FAVORITE THINGS TO EAT.

If you try just one recipe from Felicia’s Videos in your entire lifetime I will suggest this one.

Follow her instructions precisely.  Do not try to get creative.  Do not get a different type of clam, the size matters.  Order them at Intershell for your holiday.

You’ve seen all the pictures I’ve taken of all the great things I like to eat, right?

Let me say it one more time for emphasis-

If you try just one recipe from Felicia’s Videos in your entire lifetime I will suggest this one.  MAKE IT FOR YOUR FAMILY FOR CHRISTMAS AND YOU WILL BE A SUPERSTAR!!!!!!!

Frankly I’m surprised she’s sharing this with the world.  It deserves to be locked up in a high security vault.

From the Gloucester Daily Times-

To Felicia Ciaramitaro Mohan this recipe is very special. Her uncle Charlie began making this recipe for her family many years ago.  It’s become a family tradition. Unfortunately Uncle Charlie passed away and will be sorely missed by everyone this Christmas and so this year this tradition has even more meaning to her family. “I know every family member will think of Uncle Charlie while enjoying every last clam.”

Click here for the recipe and video

We’ve been eating these every Christmas since I can remember and every Christmas it is the first thing we eat.  people that show up late miss out and the rhetoric is always the same-

All the men who know will say to the newcomers-

“You may not want to try these, they taste funny”  It’s a ploy to try to throw them off so there will be more for me.  Of course they catch on by the time we are all pounding down our 10th or 11th baked stuffed topneck.

Thanks, Skip
