Cyber Geisha’s News of the Weird: LOBSTER TASER

She makes my point about who gets to decide what is a humane and not humane way to kill a lobster much better than I do in my video interview with the salesman of The Crustastun at The International Boston Seafood Show.
Click the above link and read her stuff, pretty funny.

King Eider, Gloucester Harbor Tours

Looking for something different to do?  Check out the King Eider Gloucester Harbor Tour.  Captain Douglass specifically designed this boat for good site lines and comfort for his passengers.  Far too many folks that live and grow up in Gloucester never get down to the waterfront.  Make it a priority, have some fun and check out Gloucester Harbor.

Where the Locals Go Coupon Spotlight- Cormorant Shop

Where The Locals Go Coupon Book

The first installment of the “Featured Where the Locals Go” Coupon Series will begin at the lady who informed me about the coupon book in the first place, Janice Lufkin Shea’s Cormorant Shop.

Cormorant Shop, originally uploaded by captjoe06.

The Coupon book is available at her shop for $10. It contains two coupons for her shop which entitle the bearer of the coupon to 20% off the total order excluding sale or artisan items. Now if you spent $50 at her shop the coupon book which is eye level with you at check out would pay for itself right there on the spot. The whole concept is crazy not to take advantage of.
Sometimes I feel funny whipping out a coupon at a restaurant, but never a a retail store. There are thousands of dollars in savings in places that you’re likely to shop on a weekly basis.
