There was fun for all ages. Here one of the dance troupes performs early in the evening.
A recurring comment I heard was that the parents of the kids in the performances went home after the show and got babysitters so they could return once they saw how great the set up was.
I expect even more people next time around.

Ernie Morin, Lee Bolton and I perform set up for the first testings of our outdoor projection slide show.
At this point we have no clue if it will work. Questions abound.
Will it be dark enough?
Will the wall we plan to project onto be flat enough?
Will our power supply be sufficient?
Will the projector overheat and crap out?
As of yet we don’t know.
Stay Tuned
Just like to thank the folks at Noble Electric and Ringo Tarr for donating their time and equipment for help with the Downtown Block Party on August 16th.
The whole thing has been set up so far with very little money except for the generous donation from Donna Ardizzoni at Circle Consulting group for banners.
It’s really becoming an organic, community, pitch in and lets have fun organization of volunteers that want nothing but the best for our killer city!
