I had never been in the Common Crow so it was an eye opening experience for me yesterday when stopping by to see what’s up. The place is pretty big and has a wide variety of natural and healthy grub. Pictured below is one of the soups which is available and made in house daily. There are also sandwiches and prepared foods to-go.

Sharon’s BP Update
So I went off my third blood pressure med last Friday determined to stay off. I made the commitment to myself to exercise regularly (and I added Omega 3-6-9 capsules from Common Crow). I rode 12 slow miles on Monday, walked on Tuesday, Weds and Thurs I goofed off, Fri rode on the bike on the indoor trainer. Yesterday afternoon I had my BP checked and it was 20 points lower than a week ago on the medicine!
So we’ll see how this all works out. I rode 11 hard miles (hills) today into Rockport. It feels great though! I’ll keep you posted! —Sharon
