Pet of the Week- Phoebe

Phoebe

HELP!  Now that I have your attention…my name is Phoebe.  I am a sweet girl.  My brother Dillon and I are at the shelter located at the Cape Ann Animal Aid, located at the Christopher Cuter Rich Animal Shelter, Four Paws Lane, Gloucester.

We had to be given up after seven years as out owner’s small child is allergic to cats.   So, we are looking for another happy home and hoping that we can be adopted together as we have never been apart.  We are not allergic to people, we love them.   If you have the space in your home and heart to adopt us both, we would be jumping with you and we will have lots of fun and you will always have someone to talk to and you will always have a happy heart.

Pet of the Week-Winter

Winter

Hello, I know you want Spring to arrive, but my name is Winter.  I am at the Cape Ann Animal Aid, located at the Christopher Cutler Rich Animal Shelter, Four Paws Lane in Gloucester.   I arrived at the shelter as I was found as a stray and brought to the Cape Ann Animal Aid by another rescue.  They believe I was once someone’s pet because I am a very sweet boy and I am looking for a loving home.   For more information about me, you  may also go on-line at:  CapeAnnAnimalAid.com

I really love it here – all the staff are great and my roommates are too – they were kidding me and said because my coats is black-and-white, I look like an Oreo cookie!  Someone said I look like a miniature cow!

The internet is all about cats, right?

timmy, pet of the week, cape ann animal aid

I am Timmy, a one-year-and-ten-month-old kitten.

I have a handsome coat that I love to keep spotlessly clean. I am at the Cape Ann Animal Aid, located at the Christopher Cutler Rich Animal Shelter, Four Paws Lane in Gloucester.   I hope you might stop by and visit me.

The volunteers, staff and shelter animals would like to thank the many community friends who are always stopping by with supplies, toys and other items for our shelter.   We would like to wish everyone a peaceful and Happy New Year!

It would be my dream come true to be adopted for New Year’s – not because I like champagne – I do not drink, but to be with a family I could call my own; is something I would toast to!

Oscar Messes Up Some Little Rat’s Evening and a Cat vs Rat Poll

I don’t know how he does it without claws.  I guess cats are just quicker than rats.  Either that or he’s just relentlessly going for the kills all day long and every once in a while gets lucky.

Guess we may as well poll it.

Poll: Coyote vs Lovable Pet Who Ya Got?

In light of the shitstorm I thought I’d create these here polls to really access where our readership falls.  I have a hard time believing the people that are rooting for the coyotes are nothing more than fringe lunatics who hate people.

It’s one or the other who are you gonna root for?
