Rain – no problem!
Out shopping with Liv and we stopped top see the beautiful sunset at Cape Hedge.
We mentioned the Ursids during this morning’s podcast and in the meantime I found this handy chart. The best time to see the meteor shower is tonight until dawn.

The surf was greater before and after high tide today which is unusual.
Police, fire, and rescue vehicles are stationed around the Pebble Beach-Cape Hedge-Penzance Road area, with rescuers combing the beach.
Reader Rick shares the following from the Gloucester Daily Times online edition this morning; “Theresa A. Coen, 52, of Penzance Road in Rockport and also of Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood, was last heard from on Saturday evening” Is there a connection here?”

The beginnings of a rainbow appeared in the sky above Cape Hedge and Long Beach early this morning. Nothing spectacular, but it was pretty while it lasted, until the next batch of thunderstorms began to roll in. Thanking Mother Nature for the much needed rain!
