HVAC Responsibilities:

The HVAC Maintenance Technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance as directed by their manager to ensure the quality, appearance and safety of the facility and support of Manufacturing and Engineering Business Units

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides routine preventative maintenance to maintain and improve the quality and appearance of HVAC equipment

• Analyze, troubleshoot and repair standard HVAC equipment to the component level
• Cognizant of all chemical spills and follow-up of disposal and cleanup mandates
• Ensure all safety requirements of the company are implemented in accordance with rules and regulations of EHS
• Breakdown and restructure of office workstations, general carpentry, painting and support of Facilities Team Projects
• Will be required to be on call 24/7 to provide emergency response to the facility (in rotation with other team members)
• Will need to be on call every 5^th or 6^th week in (1 week increments)
• Backup/support other Facilities Specialists, as need

Required Skills

• Current Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification – CFC Universal
• Refrigeration Technician License desired
• 5-7 years of recent related experience in HVAC or facility maintenance
• Strong familiarity of building codes and regulations
• Good working knowledge of HVAC systems and clean room controls
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Ability work in a team oriented environment
• Execute tasks in a timely matter with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with building trade groups and work instructions
• Safety minded
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Material Handler

Summary

As a material handler/coordinator, you will play an important role assisting the engineering group. This role will work with other team members and across other departments on a daily basis. The material handler/coordinator role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and track material.
• Maintain accurate information about parts in spreadsheets.
• Perform assigned duties in accordance with, and ensure compliance to established inventory control and safety policies and procedures for the most efficient receiving , storage, movement, and control of materials into and out of, between and within the company facilities.
• Interface with other functional areas in order to provide information on material status, such as stock balances, coordinate shortages, etc.
• Investigate out of balance conditions.
• Kit material.
• Deliver and put away material to support engineering requirements.

 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
• Ability to learn new applications and systems quickly
• Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced high tech environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills, great attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proven track record of working cooperatively and effectively in a team environment
• Forklift Certified
