Gloucester Smiles-First Time Voter

A First Time Voter, he recently became a naturalized citizen and was very proud to participate for the first time in the election process.  Even though it was a preliminary election with only 3 candidates.

It reminded me of my first time voting after I became a naturalized citizen, it is truly a personal pride that can not be described.
