Had a friend who stayed at Cape Ann Motor Inn over the weekend. Went to visit and the room had this view. Just beautiful.

During sunset on Friday, noticed this little lobster on a kayak and also compared to last week, the harbor was calm and peaceful.

Driving by Singing Beach stopped to see what the beach looks like. Lots of rocks on the soft sand. Here is a surfer diving into a wave and the Hiram Walker House in the background of a wave.

Lot of damage at the Magnolia Beach entrance. Also sand, rocks, pieces of wood and debris in parking lot.

The Women’s Community Club of Magnolia will hold its annual Easter Bake Sale on Saturday, March 31st from 8:30 – 11:00a.m. at the Magnolia Library Center, corner of Lexington and Norman Ave. Magnolia. Along with the bake sale, there will be raffle baskets available to take chances on. All the money raised for this event goes to our scholarship fund. Please come and support this community event.
So many places to discover on Cape Ann.

Yeah, March 11th Spring Ahead, with snow, wind and rain from this week it is a welcome time to Spring Ahead.
Daylight Savings Time is Back.

New obsession, the huge waves in Gloucester. It makes you wonder how something so beautiful can also be very destructive. Took some photos on Monday from The Back Shore and Shore Road.

Owner taking a photo from the top of his deck on Shore Road and from their porch.

Magnolia has been hit pretty hard at high tide on Saturday. Please be careful out there, there is a lot of rocks shooting out of the ocean.
