Stuffed and Breaded Chicken On The @WeberGrills Go-Anywhere

Joey Ciaramitaro's avatarNortheast BBQ

20180928_110019

Mix sour cream, parmesan cheese, basil paste, feta and sun dried tomatos for the stuffing.

20180928_111106

Roll 1/4 inch thick EVOO coated chicken breast (pound flat between two pieces of wax paper) around the stuffing, secure with toothpicks then coat with Italian bread crumbs.

20180928_112350

I used a deflector plate.  Under which I put a half a Weber chimney of lit coals on the opposite side of the grill where the chicken would go.  Vents all wide open.

20180928_112358

Cook for 25 minutes until chicken is golden brown.

Don’t you wish you had started yoga sooner!? In this playful class, your teens/tweens will build self-confidence, esteem, strength, flexibility, balance, and positive coping skills as they develop a deeper understanding of their bodies, minds and hearts. With a lighthearted approach, we will work towards more physically demanding postures and flowing sequences to keep tweens/teens interested and challenged. Fostering connection, community with class peers, and self-respect, we will also use relaxing visualization, meditation, and breathing exercises to create a well-rounded experience of “union”.
This class is perfect for all levels, genders, and ages. The student who is looking to manage stress, the athlete looking to build strength and flexibility, the adolescent who is struggling to find an activity, and the well-rounded child…because we can all…

Driving Sunday with The Mrs and she tells me my inspection sticker expired last month.  Damn it.  I totally forgot.

Need a minor fix but just am totally stretched for time.

STRESS.

Not when you deal with Sean and the crew at Extreme Truck and Auto repair.  All my worries escaped my mind and body within a minute of talking to Sean and having his assurances he could get me taken care of.

Not only that I feel so confident every time I go in.  It’s not often you go to a auto repair place and they tell you you don’t need the $800 repair that the dealership you bought the car from is telling you you need.  But Sean runs the most honest and capable shop I’ve ever dealt with.

If you have an issue, I implore you.  Just bring your vehicle to Sean.  It’s going to save you a lot of aggravation and worry.  I promise.

Thank you Sean.  You took something that had been on my mind hanging on me for a week and made it go away in minutes.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I think you already know this but you’ve earned my business forever.

Oh and Kate just told me it’s his birthday so if you see him today make sure you wish him a Happy Day!

Jim O’Neil has put together a fund-raising effort for JD Martz

Hi Joe, I hope all is well with you!

I wanted to share an idea for Good Morning Gloucester that will touch your readers hearts and inspire the North Shore community.

I’m working on a project for local contractor, Jim O’Neil who has put together a fund-raising effort for JD Martz, a 29-year-old family friend from Beverly who became paralyzed from the shoulders down last year.  JD has a supportive family and a loyal girlfriend who has stood by him as he works toward rehabilitation and recovery.  Their goal is to build JD a home in Danvers that will accommodate his electric wheelchair and new way of life.  They’ve created an online fundraising drive at www.jdmartz.com.  Jim is also coordinating in-kind donations of services, time and materials from sub-contractors and suppliers in the North Shore area. Jerry Noble Electricians of Gloucester and New England Design Works of Manchester by the Sea have already committed.

JD’s story went relatively under the radar last year and we hope this fundraising effort will bring a new focus to his ongoing cause. Attached is a press release and a bio that gives an overview of JD’s story.  I’ve also attached a flyer that we put together to garner support from the building community.
