Joey Ciaramitaro's avatarNortheast BBQ

Take chicken out of package rinse and pat dry with paper towels.

Many different options for seasoning.  Salt and pepper work fine.  and a light pat down of EVOO or peanut oil (I prefer peanut oil).  you can also put on a chicken rub like Doug Keiles Ribs Within Chicken Rub.  He’s an award winning BBQ Champ and has an awesome line of BBQ rubs and lives right here in Gloucester MA.

Casey Bernstein, Nia Trainer teaches our class at 1 PM tomorrow!

I was speaking with Casey last week.  Casey was my Nia belt trainer in Albany NY and the owner of The Center for Nia and Yoga.   She is also the choreographer of our fun Slumdog Millionaire routine.  I asked her if she would teach for us on zoom sometime and she said, how about Monday.  So Monday you get to dance with Casey and me.  Hope to see you at this special class tomorrow, May 18th at 1PM EST

For more on Casey, visit her Nia HQ page  or her video on why she teaches Nia.  Like me, she too was a former nurse.

COVID UPDATE: We are open! Although our hours have temporarily shifted to 8a-4p Mon-Thurs and 7a-3p Fri. We are currently closed Saturdays. Also, we have switched to a “curbside” model where we have clients call the hospital when they arrive and are then given instructions on how to safely transport their pet to the designated area in the hospital for their exams, diagnostics and treatments. Many routine services and elective surgeries are currently not available because of the impact the pandemic has had. Please know that we are working our hardest to do the best we can and are prioritizing the most needy patients. We are immensely grateful for your patience and understanding during these trying times. Please stay well.

Visit the AVMA website here for more information for COVID-19 FAQs for pet owners.

IN GRATITUDE pop up rally photos from Charles Esdaile

Joey,
I hope you’ve had a great week.
Cape Ann Museum sponsored “In Gratitude: Pop Up Road Rally” for the Frontline Heroes was a huge success. We are so grateful to our local leaders and members of the community who came out in support of each other and contemporary art on Cape Ann. This is a remarkable place!!!
Stay safe,
Charles Esdaile
