While some places that have incredible locations continue to struggle, Saltwater Grille located on the rotary with no particular waterfront view , knocked it out of the park.
Service, decor, food, drinks, right down the line they are giving people what they want. Good flavorful local inspired dishes that aren’t crazy fancy. They’re not outthinking anything, they’re just doing what everyone wants and they are doing it extremely well.
Their Instagram account had me wanting to go there for weeks but I just kept forgetting about it. Last night we went and the pictures from the Instagram account lived up to the hype.
We are “Eat at the bar” people and our bartender had us cracking up at the large horseshoe style bar.
We will be back. Again and again.

Eileen writes: “You reach such a wide audience.ย Could you remind people not to leave their dog droppings behind as someone did here?ย I took this photo about 9:30 this morning at the Stillington Drive entrance to Ravenswood.ย Thank you!”

Itโs that time of week again!

Robin Dagle Towne Writes:
On behalf of all of the parents of children who will be attending, we are asking the community to stop with the negative commentary. Many of us didnโt want this location either and are really sad about it but whatโs done is done. Our PTO is working really freaking hard to alleviate jitters in kids (who are used to tiny schools) and bringing our two awesome school communities together. The school is there, traffic will probably be a nightmare for a couple weeks to a month until we all get into the swing of things. But we need to all focus on being excited about the new school the teachers and kids are getting. Constant Facebook comments about how horrible it is creates extra added stress for us parents who are already nervous about it. Let us have a smooth start and please donโt show up the first week and take pics of our kids during drop off or dismissal to make some Facebook traffic point. Just leave us alone and let us start in peace, please. Iโm begging. ๐๐ป
