⁉️Do you remember how good it felt to start the school year off with new sneakers?
Not every kid knows that feeling. Together, we can change that! Please help if you can. No donation is too small. 👟
The start of the school year is just a few weeks away and the crew of Together Gloucester, Inc. wants to help our students “start school on the right foot” by helping to provide new sneakers or shoes for kids who need them.
We were asked by one of our community partners to help two boys who needed shoes and clothes to start school. Of course, we said yes, but we also recognized an opportunity to help more students to “put their best 🦶 forward”.
😊There are many psychological benefits of new shoes that go beyond comfort. Let’s come together to help our students do their very best and feel their very best.
👟We will work with our locals school adjustment counselors and our community partners at local agencies to identify students who would benefit from a new pair of kicks!
Venmo donations* can be sent to @together-gloucester or checks can be mailed to PO Box 6012, Gloucester, MA
Donations of new sneakers will also be accepted. Reach out to coordinate pick up.
