Reiki for Seniors at the Rose Baker Senior Center. February 17th and every ‘3rd Friday’ of the month. 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 pm. 15 minute chair reiki sessions for a nominal donation. Sign up in advance by calling – Rose Baker Senior Center Ph: ( 978) 281-9765.

Note: For people with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or Dementia, family health agents may sign a simple consent form for their loved ones to receive Reiki. This Reiki Program for Seniors is coordinated by a registered nurse and Reiki will be offered by experienced, advanced Reiki Providers that are licensed or certified, and insured. Looking for fun activities for your kids over February break? Sign them up for hands-on gardening activities at Backyard Growers!

Tuesday February 21: Sun & Water; 10am-12pm; In this two hour workshop, elementary school students will learn all about how sun and water help their garden grow. They will build a solar heated cold frame, make rain sticks, do water cycle experiments, and more! Tickets here!

Wednesday February 22: Preschool Hour; 10am-11am; In this one hour workshop, preschool students will learn all about how soil helps their garden grow! They will meet some worms, make a vegetable craft, and plant a windowsill garden to take home!  Tickets here!
