VIDEO and RECIPE: Sheree Delorenzo’s Classic Bolognase Sauce
From: http://shereedelorenzo.blogspot.com/
“Sheree DeLorenzo owner of the Seaport Grille, Cruiseport Gloucester in Gloucester, MA cooks her wonderful Bolognase Sauce. This is a classic meat sauce featuring beef, veal, and pork, cooked in wonderful diced vegetables, plum tomatoes, white wine, and cream. In this version, Sheree serves it over Campanella Pasta, a great curvy noodle which holds this thick sauce.”

HMS Bounty Sinking Timeline
The Coast Guard said it would “probe every aspect of the accident and will determine as closely as possible” what caused it, whether there is evidence of equipment failure or human error, and if it or any other government agency contributed to the confirmed death of one crew member and presumed death of the Bounty’s captain, who is missing.
The Bounty sent out a distress call Sunday night and began taking on water off the coast of North Carolina Monday morning amid high winds and waves caused by Sandy, whose eye was located 150 miles to the east at the time. Shortly thereafter the crew abandoned ship and boarded life rafts.

Walnuts!?
from;
Copyright Associated Press / NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth
“Authorities are investigating two thefts of more than 80,000 pounds of walnuts from Northern California valued at about $300,000.
The Tehama County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a freight brokerage firm on Friday reporting that a 40,000-pound truckload of walnuts never arrived in Miami as they were supposed to.
Authorities believe the culprit is the same person who also picked up another load of walnuts (each load weighing 40,000 pounds) days earlier from Los Molinos. Those walnuts were intended for Texas, but also disappeared.”

This Is Steve Jobs’ Yacht
by:
“Venus, the incredible luxury yacht Steve Jobs had been designing up until his death a little over a year ago, seems to have made its first apperance as a finished product in the city of Aalsmeer in the Netherlands. Unsurprisingly, its design is breathtaking.
Reportedly designed in a joint effort between Jobs himself and Philippe Starck, the stunning ship first showed up on the blog One More Thing, which posted some stills as well as a few other details. The ship is about 230 to 260 feet long, for instance, and made entirely of aluminum, which makes it particularly light. And if you had any doubt this is Steve Jobs’ yacht, there are seven 27-inch iMacs in the wheelhouse.”

I’m Right! Everybody Else is Wrong. Unless you Agree with Me.
There’s been a lot of Comments on The post: https://goodmorninggloucester.wordpress.com/2012/10/21/what-would-you-like-to-see-fill-the-space-vacated-by-five-guys/
When I first heard that 5guys were going there I didn’t think they had a chance. Burgers and fries and that’s it? They need a bigger choice of menu items. I feel bad for the guys who started that Franchise. They were really energized.
Of course most of these people commenting are wrong. Here are my Thoughts. ![]()
Japanese? we have Midori’s, Lat 43, the Madfish for raw fish.
Boston Market is on their way out.
I would love a KFC TACO BELL but they don’t have any drive thru options up there.
Indian food may work well in a downtown location but not at GC. WHAT THE HECK IS INDIAN FOOD ANYWAYS? They don’t eat meat, Right?
What the “F” is a Steak and Shake is that the Mad cow disease?
Starbucks? Overpriced burnt coffee.
Average Joe’s? Never been there so I can’t comment.
Bertuccis? We don’t need no stinkin’ fake Italian Restaurant here.
Never heard of Londi’s, Cosi’s and the other’s to comment on.
But most of you are wrong unless you agree with my list below
THERE’S PLENTY OF OPEN STORE FRONTS THERE BESIDES FIVE GUYS TO HAVE A TRADER JOE’S (WHICH I LOVE).
OR A BED BATH AND WHATEVER.
I’D LIKE TO SEE IN THIS ORDER AT THE 5GUYS STORE;
1. Qudoba
2. Panera Bread
3. KFC/TACO BELL
and of Course Fred ,Sista Felicia’s Restaurant would a be a great addition to The West End.
GC Is too mall like for the kind of food Felicia cooks. Her place needs charm to go with that food.
