We’re a real working town and we’ve got it all. Not a Disney version of a seaside community.

We have real natural beauty, real waterfront characters, real fresh seafood caught-processed and served at our locally owned (not chain) restaurants real working artists, a real downtown with shops owned by our neighbors who love to talk when you visit, real barrooms where the locals don’t wear suits and more often than not will regale you with waterfront stories. When picking a place to visit, come see us, unless you’d rather visit a cardboard cutout version of the real thing.
