The Harbortown Cultural District is requesting applications from local creatives and cultural organizations for Summer Projects in the District presented between July 1 – September 30, 2026.

Artists in the city and beyond are invited to propose events, public art displays, and community programs that celebrate the culture of Gloucester. The Harbortown Cultural District has set aside $4,000 to fund these cultural programs within the walkable downtown district during the event. Applications opened on June 23 and are rolling through September 30 or until all the funds are distributed.
