Yesterday, Good Friday, Senior Care’s Executive Director Scott Trenti, HDM Assessor Lauren Gailitis and I were happy to celebrate 100 years of a great life with Randall Lane in Essex. His son Tim told us that he actually turn 100 in February and there was a big party with over 100 attending.
Senior Care’s tradition is to celebrate all our Meals on Wheels clients when they turn 100 with a visit by Scott, a gift and flowers. As the Site Manager for Manchester, Essex, Magnolia and West Gloucester it was my honor to come along and deliver his meal. Meals on Wheels is so much more than just a Meal, it a smiling face, a laugh, a blessing that there are people that volunteer to make a seniors day so much better!
