I'm Marty Luster, a retired attorney and politician. In 2010 my wife, mother-in-law, dog and I relocated from Central NY to Gloucester. I hope my photographs and poetry(?) reflect my love for this place and her people. My picture-poem posts can be seen at http://matchedpairs.wordpress.com and selected black and white images can be found at http://slicesoflifeimages.wordpress.com View all posts by Marty Luster

Marty,
This photo struck me as great shot and I can say without a doubt that man looks a lot like my older brother very much so I was like WOW you know like when Steve McQueen and all the other’s were tasting the home made Great Escape https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Md2GFtBCIh8 ! Great shot and walk back Monday our way and this starts it off the right way! 🙂 Dave & Kim 🙂
“We also must realize that what we have today is the result of what was created in the past by those we follow and our children who will follow us. The greatest weakness today is we have forgotten how to listen and truly feel what is said. We have fact and continually close our ears to other voices, which drives our actions and reactions and that only divides, keeps us from moving forward to solve rather than status quo.
This listening takes communication through the lives of those in real need, real people who experience the full range of frustration, emotional dynamics necessary in relationships that are engaging.” – A native author but I can not recall exactly who said it as when I gathered forgot to pull the name…the message is what important! 🙂 Dave
