Thanks Karen for the excellent overview and background on this classic grill which by the way we used extensively in the Rockies cooking at a different elevation but same fine taste…Not to mention how many troops these grills feed daily our way in (SK)I will admit it’s getting close to lunch time here and could say smoke got into both eyes and nose from the computer screen! Love it Dave 🙂
