Great Podcast! Kim- you know how much I admire what you did for Rosie her last few weeks. She was so lucky to have you. I loved hearing Joey talk about putting together the IKEA furniture! (I wish the girls had taken a picture of you trying that beer on April Fool’s Day!) I have cooked lobster over charcoal- It is wonderful! I love putting fresh scallops in a basket with butter and lemon and putting them on the grill too!
