A very special and uniquely Gloucester “new” tradition 🙂 Sorry you missed it Barbara.

Love the lobster pot tree, such a cool thing for the holidays. But were the lights on tree multi-colored last year and years past? I don’t remember them being white. Still very cool, but I think the multi-colored lights were better. More pop.

Well I have to say that I agree with you ferrellim. I LOVE the lobsterpot tree and the tradition however I too think that the colored lights are much more festive. Admittedly I am not a fan of LED lights. They give me headaches, especially at Christmas time, when you expect to see either colored lights or warm white lights. But some folks love the cold look of LED’s and they are here to stay.

White LED’s are here to stay? Ugh. Kim – do you know who this decision lies with? Is it the mayor’s office? Chamber of Commerce? I echo your sentiments, bring back the colored lights!
