My father said once a day for a week, once a week for a month, once a month for a year, once a year for the rest of it’s life. I have my great grandparents’ walnut dining room table and clean it up with denatured alcohol, and then Tung oil once a year now. It looks great! I use a sheepskin buffer to shine it up, so easy!
