I thought this might be of interest to your Good Morning Gloucester readers:
The Cape Ann Trail Stewards has partnered with Cape Ann Transit Authority and Mass in Motion Cape Ann to identify 10 open space areas that can be accessed by CATA bus.
These properties include sites owned by the City of Gloucester, the Town of Rockport, the Department of Conservation and Recreation, the Trustees of Reservations and Essex County Greenbelt.
CATs has developed in-bus signage and trail head signs.
This program will be launched on Friday October 14th with a brief event featuring Mayor Sefatia Romeo Theken at the Seine Field trail head stop.
I’ve attached a flyer with some additional information.
Please contact me or Kate Walton (cced above) for additional information.
President, Cape Ann Trail Stewards.
