Thank you Mary!
When you are leaving Eastern Point and go past the last house on the left before the beaches, the peach-colored old Bell family home, with the deep green shutters. A few yards down from there, along that open stretch.

You’re having fun with that lens, aren’t you. I can’t wait until spring to see what you do with birds, butterflies, etc.

Can’t wait for spring too Allen; with the temperature in the fifties today it really feels as though it’s just around the bend!

Hi Kim,
Love the photo…but especially enjoy the vantage point. Now that you have introduced the view from Eastern Point it should become iconic.
It would be wonderful if other artists (painters) could paint this spectacular scene. Thank you.

Beautiful and so many memories of the harbor lights in Gloucester, as it was pretty dark along lanes cove when I was growing up looking at the water but lights if you were heading in from Ipswich bay to opening of break wall on the way home! 🙂 Dave & Kim 🙂
