Mr. Swan Morning Preening
Mr. Swan left Niles Pond yesterday morning and although he flew in his usual direction towards Henry’s Pond, he did NOT fly to Henry’s, which had become his habit. I did not see him at Henry’s, Niles, or the harbor this morning either. Perhaps he has flown to another region in search of a new Mrs. Swan. We can only hope!

Hi Kim,
Mr Swan–our Buddy–was at the Inner Harbor Rockport yesterday. From Henry’s….he does his rounds, Inner Harbor, Old Harbor, Front Beach, Back Beach, Granite Pier. ALL his territory…then back to Niles for a snack and a sleep.

Thank you Sybil for writing! Although i didn’t see him at the time yesterday, all the while he was right there at Pebble Beach in the far distance. I am looking at footage from yesterday and he was blending in quite well with the fog and mist. Thanks so much again for writing.

Hi Kim!
Hope you had a great holiday! Has there been any sightings of Mr. Swan? Because I just saw 4 swans on Wenham lake – three together in a group and one by itself.

Hi Stephanie, Yes! He is seen daily lately at all his Cape Ann haunts. I wish though that he could meet up with the swans at Wenham Lake, especially if one is a female 🙂
