Good looking house and a nice location but you look out the back windows at a condo parking lot. $800K seems steep for such a small yard.

I’m not commenting on the price, just the location and exterior. I’ve driven past this house for years thinking it was beautiful from the outside and steps to the beach.

What a fabulous house. Should sell quickly. So nicely done on the inside. retaining so many of its architectural elements. Go for it!!!
