God it’s so sad, and the worst part is that it’s not like you could put repairing and restoring this historic building before educating your children or public safety.
It seems like the old lady is doomed. It has been let go so far that I fear it would take far too much to restore her. It’s not like you could just scrape and repaint, there is serious rot all over.
Sad, so very sad.

Good Morning Gloucester 
It’s really too bad that the citizens of Gloucester have rejected the Community Preservation Act. CPA money could have been used to fix up the tower.
