This Thursday at the Rhump Line, it’s Musical Clamfest Time as I welcome back Mr. John Keegan® and his band of roving assassins. You think you know him from Madhouse™ but you don’t know squat till you see him with such heavy firepower as Brian Alex (Wow! Master instigator of the band Entrain), Mark Earley (again in a dual role as Santy Clause and Sonar Splitter), and Benny Benson (our Irish Ace of Pace). No-one can predict what will happen, but MIT has assembled a team to try to detect Dark Matter as a result of hearing loss in ecstatic cling.

as the one and only Sasquatch. He is a true citizen and
friend of our fair city and its community. His profound anthem,

moving pieces of all the Rhumb Line performances I’ve witnessed
over these many years. Paul makes us laugh and he makes us
cry – and sometimes, he even makes us cry with laughter. ~ Fly

First, a shout out for Skip Hart, everybody’s favorite music fan. Got so used to seeing him every Thursday. Always an incisive comment and a double-dare to “go look it up”. I’m sorely going to miss him trundling through the door every week and throwing my own weight back in my face! RIP, Skip, we’ll all miss you.

And if you’re not tired of me yet, come wail with Ms. Cheryl Arena this Thursday at the Rhumb Line, where men are men and…well, skip it. Ms. C is a huge draw around here and I’m looking forward to stub my toe on her gargantuan amplifier.

She sings, she plays a divine harmonica and she’s bringing my favorite buffalo Bill lookalike: Mr. Pete Henderson to play quick draw guitar. Also on the bill is Mr. Forrest “Frosty”  Padgett, who just had surgery to remove a hip bone connected to the thigh bone. Once I stop laughing and sneezing, it’s gonna be just like fun!

The Tootin’ Torquemada of the tenor returns this Thursday! My old buddy.  Mr. Andrew Clark returns for another night of wild digressions and upbeat toons guaranteed to make your choppers vibrate. Been awhile since Big A. has transgressed our shores and I’m looking to have a wild time chasing him around the circle of fifths!

On Guitar, “Big Jack” Ward, Luther Johnson’s longtime pot-stirrer will be holding down the fort from his high stool, and everybody’s favorite thumper, Mr. Steve Bankuti  will wind you up. Lot’s of dancing!
