Greetings from Ryan and Wood, we hope you are all well. We are happy to say we’ll have our HAND SANITIZER available Monday, April 13th from 10:00am to 4:00pm as supplies last.
It’s $31.88 including tax for a one liter bottle. Curbside pick up, one car at a time at the clearly marked door. We bought some a couple of weeks ago and it is wonderful. Buy local

On Saturday we went to Ryan & Wood to pick up their hand sanitizer that they are making. Only one person at a time in the shop with proper social distancing. This 1 Liter of hand sanitizer filled almost 40 fl. oz of sanitizer. The containers that were used are pumps of hand soap. Instead of throwing these plastics in recycle, we use them for other things. Great idea by Ryan & Wood and thank you. Always try to shop local.

If your skin breaks out in rashes from harsh chemical additives to personal care products, or you aren’t always near a sink for a thorough 20 second hand washing, here is a simple recipe for homemade hand sanitizer.
1/3 C. Aloe vera gel
2/3 C. Rubbing alcohol (99%)
Few drops of essential oil.
Combine all ingredients.
I had neroli oil on hand, but lavender oil, which has natural antiseptic properties would be even better.
Both essential oils and aloe are available at Common Crow.
8 oz.. Isopropyl alcohol, no lower than 70 percent OR Witch Hazel
4 oz. Aloe Vera gel
15 drops of your choice, can combine:
Medieval Mix (Aura Cacia)
Lemon Eucalyptus
Laveneder
Thyme
1.Put essential oils in glass jar and swirl to mix
2. Add alcohol
3. Add Aloe Vera and shake well.
4. Pour into squirt bottles.
