After a fire which had the Fort Square Café closed for months it is now open under new management.  Heidi is in charge and opens with a new menu.  Home made muffins and interesting breakfast choices with reasonable prices is the name of the game here.

But here’s how my thought process went when deciding on breakfast-

All this also comes with coffee.  Incredible value and delish to boot!

I like how they fry the potatoes.  Nothing worse to me than undercooked breakfast potatoes. 

Added a little frank’s Hot sauce and I was in heaven.
