Playground Twin Lights Restored
Kudos to Bruce Dexter the visitor center volunteer who called in repairs, the public works folks for fixing, Rotary Club people, and whoever else made and helps to upkeep these awesome old wooden play structures! Vandals took them down a few weeks ago and busted them up (for shame!), but they are restored and ready to rumble! They are so much fun and incredibly well loved by tones of happy kids everyday at Stage Fort Park. Just another unique and awesome tidbit in Gloucester!

Eurodam vs Thomas E. Lannon
The perspective makes it look like the Eurodam swallows the Lannon. The Thomas E. Lannon showed great spunkiness with cannon fire just before being devoured (though I didn’t get that part on video).
Check out the video:
Note: No spunky boats were harmed in the filming of this video.

The Sea Glass Inn
The Sea Glass Inn always looks so inviting and I love the name and the bright-colored buoys on the fence…

Crow To Go!
The Common Crow to Go offers mouth-watering unfailingly delicious lunches. Local meats, local cheeses, local everything – even sodas! Here’s the menu and some photos of the remnants of my lunch – veggie muffaletta hot-pressed sandwich complete with neat little fruit cup. More than several visits, and I still can’t keep from gobbling it up before I get a good photo. Video of the Crow To Go coming soon!
Magnolia Rocks!
Shots of Jim Cook giving an awesome historic bus tour. The Magnolia Library Center with artisans and rummage sale, and the library. Vintage cars from the Magnolia Roadshow of Antiques Sidewalk Bazaar on August 22nd. (Sometimes it takes a while to get the photos from the camera to the compy.)
Kudos to Jim for encouraging people to get involved in the town and help keep it a community. Click for the Magnolia Library Center website…
