This Thursday at the Rhump Line, it’s Musical Clamfest Time as I welcome back Mr. John Keegan® and his band of roving assassins. You think you know him from Madhouse™ but you don’t know squat till you see him with such heavy firepower as Brian Alex (Wow! Master instigator of the band Entrain), Mark Earley (again in a dual role as Santy Clause and Sonar Splitter), and Benny Benson (our Irish Ace of Pace). No-one can predict what will happen, but MIT has assembled a team to try to detect Dark Matter as a result of hearing loss in ecstatic cling.

Mikey, long known as a silver-tongued crooner and water-slide glitarist, wrecked the joint last time around. We’re aiming for a repeat performance as he drags in his long time buddy George McCann, on Qatar, kicking and screaming. Seems these two cats had a hot band once, but now are satisfied feeding me kielbasa and listening to my bad jokes. Even Benny Benson, our Irish Ace of Pace and agitator par excellance is motivated to skim the froth and get down to the nitty gritty. So, come early and stay late. Bring a date and dine by the whites of her eyes!

Evan is our certain crowd-pleaser and resident chick magnet. His sinewy style is sure to make your wig flip. Dancing is inevitable. As is great wailing and gnashing of dentures.

Helping him tie the nuptial knot will also be longtime buddy and stick-thrasher, Mr. Benny Benson, the coolest kat that is what am.

And on Friday nite: It’s the return of the GEEZERS at Elliot’s at the Blackburn. This is a fun unit: Dave Brown, Dave Mattacks, Greg Tower and myself. Four totally disparate guys suffering thru the blood, the boils, the sweat, and the tears to bring you the finest in unhealable rapture! It’s always a pleasure. Do come.
