Behind The Sceens Vino Making Part Two With Neil Mathews
Last Saturday Craig Kimberly and I filimed the Mathews family’s traditional “Stomping of The Grapes “Vino Making Extravaganza, for an upcoming cooking show segment we are working on together. Yesterday Neil and Bridgette Mathews invited us back to their home to shoot part two of their wine making process.
Cheers to Neil and Bridgette Mathews, and family for sharing their family tradition and wine making secrets with us! It truly has been a pleasure and we look forward to filming part 3 later this year!

SUNDAY MAY 25TH , 2014 WEATHER ALERT!
Sun & Clouds 60’s Late day Storms possible ! East winds light becoming west very late today … Hot Monday 85-90° no sea breeze …. Mostly sunny.
When Thunder Roars Go In Doors !!!!
Monitoring The Potential for Late Day Severe Storms . Primarily Western Essex County / central Middlesex County / and the Boston Western Burbs ! Not sure they will hold togeather as they approach Cape Ann after 4-5 pm ..
HAZARDS
DAMAGING WINDS
HAIL
HEAVY RAINS
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING
Also we can’t rule out a Brief Spin-up with the warm front and Seabreeze Front .. The turning of the winds and shear enhances along the warm front I.E. onshore light east flow bumps up against west south west flow along Warm Front ! It’s in this locale where the shear increases and the turning in the winds can produce a brief tornado ! So please keep eye on sky later today … My team is ready to roll if need be , will be on alert for traveling out west if and when Storms do fire ! … Stay tuned for updates later on today … Thanks GMG Weatherman Peter Lovasco ….

Hi Joey,
This horshoe crab didn’t catch the outgoing tide, which instantly put it on the Lunch Specials menu!
Enjoy!

The Reward
Fred Bodin was rewarded today for his months of hard work recovering from his cancer related disability. For the first time since January, Fred was back at his gallery, Bodin Historic Photo on Main Street, Gloucester. After nibbling away at his accumulated work, Fred rewarded himself with something he could really sink his teeth into, Virgilio’s Eggplant Supreme. “I’ve been dreaming about this for months,” he said.
Fred said that he will be at the gallery on a limited hours basis until his strength and mobility are fully restored. For the time being, he hopes to be open for several hours every Saturday.
