“The Pink House”

Newbury’s Pink House no longer stands as of very recently and I was admittedly a bit sad to find this photo in my phone while searching for something else this weekend.

“The Pink House was an uninhabited historic house and popular photography and painting subject in Newbury, Massachusetts, United States. The house was built in 1925 and was privately owned until it was sold to Parker River National Wildlife Refuge for $375,000 in 2011.”

DownRiver Ice Cream Is Open

Sweet! Downriver Ice Cream along 133 in Ipswich is open for the season (conveniently located across the road from a dispensary haha). I stopped by recently for a little treat. Well, this sundae was a fair size and hit the spot!

Always looking for the sunset

This spring has been not the best for sunsets.  We still walk and hope for some color.  On Thursday hope faded and then color.

Ipswich Butcher Bros Worth A Stop

I’ll admit Ipswich Butcher Brothers social media got me intrigued enough to stop by recently on my way through Ipswich. Located on High St, it’s easy to swing in on my way to or from points north which is my semi regular route. I picked up a roast beef wrap (which was a pre-prepared daily special) and some macaroni salad. There’s a wide variety of deli meat available along with other interesting products, many of the locally produced. You can call or text your order in ahead of time for pickup which I think is very convenient. Butcher shops are not typically on my list of regular stops, but in this case, I think it just became one.

Georgia is a year-old bundle of joy who’s looking for her forever family! At 40 pounds, this sweet gal is ready for a lifetime of adventures, cozy cuddle sessions, and plenty of toys to call her own.

Georgia LOVES her playtime and has a blast zooming around with her dog friends, but she’s hoping to be the queen of her own castle as the only dog in the home. She’s not one to share her most prized possessions, but she’s more than ready to shower her humans with all the love they can handle.MEET GEORGIA
