Seaport Grille reopening on October 26th

Hi Joey,
Hoping this note finds you well. Just wanted to send you a note to update you about Seaport Grille reopening on October 26th. Perhaps you could share with your readership? As you may know, out of concern for the health and safety of our employees and guests, Seaport Grille voluntarily and temporarily closed as we had learned one of our associates had contracted Covid-19 outside of our facility.
The affected associate had no contact with front of house and had no contact with guests. However, out of an abundance of caution we chose to close. Seaport Grille has undergone a total deep cleaning including regular electrostatic disinfectant fogging, and facilitated testing for all our associates before reopening. We are happy to report we received 100% negative results for all our associates.
We are excited to reopen on Monday and welcome our guests and friends in the community back!!

Rockport Viking Trot Virtual 5K

Hi – I am a board member with the Friends of Rockport Athletics and was hoping to pass along some information about a fun event we are sponsoring Thanksgiving weekend to help raise money in lieu of concessions stands this year. Wanted to pass along in case there is an opportunity to mention in some of your community content.  Here is a link to all of the details.

Thank you and let me know if there are any questions!

I’ve added the Lose it! app to my patented weight loss program: “Don’t Eat Like An A$$hole” and it’s keeping me accountable! Here’s a link for a free week of premium if you want to try it with me. @loseit

This app is free and it is a real eye opener as far as what I could potentially blow a ton of calories eating when I could be eating lots of other things throughout the day.

It links with smartwatches, cell phones and it has a ridiculous amount of food options when you go to enter what you’re eating.

I’ve lost 5 pounds thanks to the accountability and awareness of the foods I’m putting into my body. For me, snacking out of boredom is my number one weight gain fail. Using this app it keeps me on track!

i also really like how you can just scan barcodes on the food you’re eating and it does all the calculations for you. Sooooo easy.
