Special Livestream from our friends at Toronto’s Glenn Gould School! This Friday at 8 PM (following the Hanneke Cassel & Mike Block virtual concert), enjoy a special livestream from the Royal Conservatory of Music Orchestra, featuring pianist Sae Yoon Chon performing Beethoven’s “Emperor” Concerto. |
| Barry Shiffman, Artistic Director of the Rockport Chamber Music Festival, gushes about Sae Yoon Chon: “Sae Yoon approached this project with extraordinary positivity in the face of the vastly changed landscape of the pandemic. As we saw at Rockport Chamber Music Festival, he is a born communicator with a great intensity supported by the important listening skills of an experienced chamber player. This performance of Beethoven’s Emperor Concerto with the young musicians of The Glenn Gould School is so uplifting. This new generation shares our growing desire to get back to the stage, and gives me confidence for the future.” Friday, October 30 :: 8 PM Stream the concert here. |
