My View of Life on the Dock
Back Shore early on a Saturday morning.

Ice, Ice, Baby! During the recent 2018 July 4th Heat Wave, ice was being distributed however possible, including a Tesla Model X ice wagon heading to the Market Restaurant in Annisquam, and Cape Ann Marina’s stainless 2 ton flatbed (they hoped to beat the Cut drawbridge). The vintage Harvey Cape Pond Ice truck was last seen down Thurston’s Point:

Love the weather this week, the 3 H’s. Took these photos from the Cape Ann Farmers Market

The clouds were beautiful as the Horribles Parade was coming to a close, then down on the boulevard the boats in the harbor made for a wonderful sight.

What a honor to meeting Bradley Bagshaw author of the Novel, Georges Bank. Also honored that Mr. Bagshaw used my photo for the cover of this book. By the way, it is a terrific read.

So many visitors to Gloucester from as far away as Australia, California, and China.. We do have a great place to visit. I totally enjoyed meet these nice people, giving them directions, places to eat, and see. Most of them become Friends of the Blog (FOB), and enjoy Gloucester year round through the blog.
This couple from California, were stay at the Beauport Hotel.

Missing a part of the horribles parade…will try to correct later….
What a fun night to watch the Horribles Parade. Rick and I go to our friend’s office on Pleasant Street. Just love this city and fun times.
Early Saturday morning, you could already see it was going to be an amazing beach day.
