Soon this iconic pier will be taken down and rebuilt. Looking forward to process and jumping off the new pier.

Good Harbor Beach
On Wednesday the sky was so pretty. I love how the clouds reflect on the sand. We are so lucky to be able to go to the beach every day.

Am More Project in Rockport
I Am More in Rockport
The I Am More portrait series by Amy Kerr can be seen in Rockport for the first time during the month of April at the Rockport Police Department in the Community Room (168 Main Street). Thanks to the work of retired police officer Roger Lesch and the support of Chief John Horvath, eight of the pastel and colored pencil portraits and their accompanying essays can be seen on display, with access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The remaining eight portraits are on display at Therapy for Intentional Living (TILI) at 11 Vinnin Street in Salem for the month of April. Owner Elissa Riggio Tossi will open the TILI I Am More display to the public on Sunday April 28th from 11-4 pm.

Surfing at Good Harbor Beach
The surf was wild on Wednesday with the wind. The air was warm but the wind made for some interesting waves.

More of Mermaid Tales
What a wonderful time I had yesterday at the Grand Opening of Mermaid Tales. Lourie the owner and her staff was so fun and attentive. Lourie actually gave me a little gift bag. This shop is next to Walgreens, it used to be Sadie Greens. Her inventory is fun and you can find great gifts for others and yourself.

Not a day for kayaking
On Sunday morning the ocean was singing a tune and the rough seas made for a beautiful view.

The Gannet coming out after a long winter, photos from our friend Mary Barker
You can tell it’s spring when the gig rowers and volunteers have flocked to Maritime Gloucester to get their boats back in the water.
From our friend Mary Barker. She was down at Maritime Gloucester yesterday morning as the Gannet was being lowered into the water.
