Showing respect

Since the April 15, 2013 tragedy Rick and I have wanted to go and my our respect.  On Sunday, April 30, 2013 we decided to go down to Boylston Street.  The street was very busy with people also paying their respect and eating and shopping.  Our emotions were very strong, seeing teddy bears, flowers, beautiful poems, shrine, shoes and hats.  Many tears were rolling down my cheeks as well as most visitors.   Kindness and compassion will overcome the evil.

Magnolia Pier with Kettle Cove in Background

On a beautiful April day went down to Magnolia Beach and took a photo of the pier.  As you can see, Magnolia Pier was seriously damaged during the blizzards of 2013.

Ipswich River Sanctuary

Papa and I took the kids to the Ipswich River Sanctuary during vacation week.  It is a great time.  The chickadees actually ate seeds from the kids hands.  The Vernal Pond was really pretty with frogs and turtles.

When Maddie, Owen Cole and Avery were here, Rosie was so good and very much loved by the kids.  Love this picture of Rosie sleeping while the kids made a tent with the couch pillows.
