While kayaking on Sunday Rick and I went to The Annisquam Lighthouse. It
is so beautiful but from the water it is more spectacular.

The Annisquam Exchange – Fall Hours and Furniture Sale
After September 6th, the Annisquam Exchange will be on Fall Hours Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays only: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The annual Furniture Sale will be on Saturday, September 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Another bonus from the Annisquam Exchange is their 20% off RED DOT sale. The Exchange is a nonprofit, fine consignment shop offering items for the home: china, silver, antiques and collectibles, including many estate pieces, jewelry, gifts, toys, cards, as well as Annisquam apparel and souvenirs. New Bird Feeder
At the Waterfront Festival I bought an Edible Birdhouse/feeder. This bird feeder has the seeds all around the house. When the seeds are gone you can put peanut butter on the house and put more seeds on the peanut butter. The Woodpeckers are really loving their new feeder and here is photo of a Chickadee waiting and a Nuthatch enjoying their treats.

Auto-Body-Graphic is a dance-media performance in collaboration with the internet, by Vincent Cacialano, Program Leader, Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. He is a co-founding member of the Amsterdam based improvisation group Magpie Music Dance Company, whose guest performers include Steve Paxton, Nancy Stark Smith, Miguel Gutierrez, David Zambrano, Kirstie Simpson, Benoit Lachambre and many others. Vincent’s work has been produced widely across Europe and in America.
